Inspired by Frank  Czarnik and Jim Heffern’s lifetime focus on community, “The Czarnik/Heffern Memorial Scholarship” is a 501(c)-3 organization that recognizes high school seniors who have also been active in their community and given their time to others.

And recognizing Frank and Jim’s passion for golf, we raise the money for the scholarships with an annual golf outing! Over the past 17 years, the proceeds from this event have been awarded as college scholarships benefiting high school seniors in the Elk Grove Village community. With your support, we will continue to provide a fun day that enables us to reward graduating high school students for their volunteer efforts in their communities, at their schools, at their churches, and for their friends and families.
